Inclement Weather

Living in the wilderness comes with its perks, and occasional bad weather. If the weather is raging (Flooding, Snow Storm, Hurricanes, etc...) give us a call before you come to make sure we're still open.

Location

We are located in the large Quonset Hut (Looks like a large aircraft hanger) at 61 Depot Street in downtown Bryson City across the street from the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

 

 

Directions

For detailed directions we recommend using Google Maps. Below are general directions from Asheville, Knoxville and Atlanta.

 

From Asheville: Take I-40 West to Exit 31B (US-74/The Great Smoky Mountains Expressway). Take US-74 West for 40 miles to Exit 67/Bryson City. Bear right onto Veterans Blvd. Turn Right onto Main Street (First Light). Turn left onto Everett Street (First Light). Turn right onto Depot Street (Just past the railroad tracks). Our brewery is the large Quonset Hut on the left (see photo above).

 

From Knoxville: There are several routes from Knoxville. When the HWY 441 (Through the National Park) is closed we recommend avoiding US-129/Tail of the Dragon and taking the following route. Take I-40 East towards Asheville. Take Exit 27 (US-74/The Great Smoky Mountains Expressway). Take US-74 West for 40 miles to Exit 67/Bryson City. Bear right onto Veterans Blvd. Turn Right onto Main Street (First Light). Turn left onto Everett Street (First Light). Turn right onto Depot Street (Just past the railroad tracks). From Atlanta: Take I-85 North to I-985 North. Continue to US-23/US-441 North. Take the ramp onto US-441/US-74 West (just past Dillsboro, NC). Take US-74 West for 20 miles to Exit 67/Bryson City. Bear right onto Veterans Blvd. Turn Right onto Main Street (First Light). Turn left onto Everett Street (First Light). Turn right onto Depot Street (Just past the railroad tracks).
